With over five decades of combined experience in leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement, co-founders Samantha Cheung and Daniela Hampton-Davies and their expert partners bring a depth of perspective shaped by senior roles across corporate, financial, educational, and non-profit sectors. Their experience includes senior roles with organizations such as CIBC World Markets, UBS Securities, Intact Financial, Sagen (formerly Genworth Canada) and Sagicor Financial. Together, they blend analytical rigour with boardroom judgment to help organizations build trust where it matters most.
