Samantha Cheung is Principal and Co-Founder of Balsam Advisory Group Inc., bringing more than 25 years of experience in capital markets in Canada, the U.S., and the Caribbean, and in governance spanning corporate and non-profit sectors. A former investment banker and Head of Investor Relations at leading insurers including Intact Financial and Genworth Canada (now Sagen), Samantha advises boards and executives on building stakeholder and investor confidence while aligning capital strategy with effective governance. Known for her analytical precision and steady judgement, she helps organizations distill complex narratives into clear, actionable strategies - earning trust across markets, institutions and communities.

Daniela Hampton Davies is Principal and Co-Founder of Balsam Advisory Group Inc., bringing more than 25 years of experience across global equity markets and governance in both corporate and non-profit sectors. A former institutional equities professional with UBS and CIBC Wood Gundy, she advised international investors and corporate leaders across North America and Europe. Building on this capital markets foundation, Daniela has led governance and organizational initiatives as a board chair and consultant, helping boards strengthen decision-making accountability, and stakeholder alignment. Known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach, she helps organizations and their leaders through coaching, translate purpose into performance through clarity, trust and effective relationships.
